We are currently looking for a Crew Leader to lead our Cowichan Property Maintenance team. The successful applicant must be a strong team leader, people person and possess an experienced work ethic that will inspire their team. We are also looking for lawn maintenance professionals to help us get through our busiest Fall on record. Duties include; mowing, trimming, seasonal care of clients properties as well as new lawn installations including wheelbarrowing, shovelling, raking etc. Experience is an asset but we are happy to train the right candidate.
